Although the cost of starting up an enterprise is highly decreased in a era when computers, internet and open source of software are in rapid growth, the success rate still remains low. Most of the startups fail !!! The biggest reason of failure is not because a lack of great idea or team or business plan but poor sale of products or running out of money. In other words, the products provided by entrepreneurs don't meet the market demand.

Based on the experience of serial entrepreneurs in American Silicon Valley, they developed a new thinking method and methodology named Lean Startup, different from traditional ways. Lean Startup soon becomes popular among entrepreneurs around the world, who then promote it initially. This lecture is designed on the basis of the new idea.
