Introduction: New Media Marketing Salon
With rapid development of mobile Internet industry, local life service field of eating, drinking, playing, making merry, tourism and leisure is opening a market at a level of hundred million. Concepts like LBS, O2O, New Media marketing, Internet thinking, Fans economy emerge endlessly. However, many entrepreneurs often end in anticlimax after impulsive practice. There are rarely successful cases.
For Nascent Entrepreneurship Salon in this session, we invite @walkeryihong, who is a practitioner and researcher on new media marketing in Nanjing district, to discuss ways of utilizing fans economy and tell you practical scriptures of fans economy personally. At the same time, we also invite Mr. @DingguoPan, who is Founder of WugeWarehouse that applies Internet thinking for fruit sales in Nanjing district, to talk about ways for traditional enterprises to improve product, enhance customer experience, and obtain good reputation for rapid development. Finally, @LiangjunZhi, who is DiaoyeNiunan of Nanjing version and Founder of HushiSashimi, will review HushiSashimi and his difficulties and deception of new media marketing in the year.
In last year, we organized different kinds of entrepreneur communication activities about O2O. In this year, we consider Cross-border as the origin and will grow together with entrepreneurs in Nanjing district. More splendidness will be in Nascent Entrepreneurship Salon.

Yihong Yu is a hybrid of Advertiser, media person and social network person and the earliest Focus Media explorer, Entertainment marketing practitioner and social network enthusiasts in China. Mr. Dingguo Pan established Nanjing Mysoft Co, Ltd in 2002, a technology company mainly engaged in management consulting, management training and ERP software service of real estate enterprises. In 2013, he set up Nanjing WugeWarehouse Electronic Business Co. Ltd, which focuses on fans economy and social electronic business and currently is absorbed in group-buying of seasonal high-end fruit. Mr. Dingguo Pan is an excellent serial entrepreneur in Nanjing district and possesses rich practice in the aspect of corporate culture building, creative institution and learning team.
3. Liangjun Zhi, Founder of HushiSashimi
Liangjun Zhi is CEO and Founder of Xiabye and Senior O2O Practitioner. He worked in Yum! Brands Inc. the globally largest food and beverage group and joined founding team of Meituan. Two years ago, he established Xiabye, which aims at local catering businessman using wechat marketing. Now it developed to local pragmatic and creative catering wechat brand factory in Nanjing. Relative cases includes: Paris Hilton’s afternoon tea, Hermes in Pudding, Durian Cold Noodle, small and beautiful grocery store, photo studio without photographer, and the most delicious doughnut in Nanjing. In October in 2013, Xiabye tried to establish its own brand HushiSashimi. This small restaurant hides deeply in a lane, with pedicure, massage and Mahjong studio next door and toilets on the opposite. Every day, queuing up spends one to two hours. Within five months, through new media, it opened 15 chain stores from a small restaurant with only 8 seats and became legend of Internet Catering Industry.
